RTC sees car stuck under a van

Gloucester Road, Dyrham

Crews from Bath, Kingswood and Avonmouth fire stations attended the incident where one casualty was mechanically trapped.

Firefighters freed the casualty by prising the door open. He was taken to hospital by ambulance crews along with one other casualty.

A third casualty was assessed at the scene.

Firefighters remained on scene to slick off a fuel spillage using one high-pressure hose reel and environmental pack.

Police remained on scene to manage the road closure.
