Trowbridge Road, Southmead
Three people were taken to hospital following a residential property fire in Southmead.
Crews from Patchway, Southmead and Temple fire stations attended the incident.
Four firefighters in breathing apparatus used two high-pressure hose reels and one 45mm jet to extinguish the fire.
They also used a positive pressure ventilation fan to clear smoke and flames.
Two males with burns and one female with chest pains were taken to hospital.
Firefighters also rescued one dog from the property and the road was closed in both directions.
The cause of the fire is thought to be accidental.
