Fire in derelict building

Upper York Street, St Pauls

Crews from Temple and Bedminster fire stations, along with a turntable ladder, were called a small fire in a derelict building.

Firefighters used small gear to gain access to the property and an aqua pack to extinguish the fire.

The turntable ladder was also used to check for any other fire around the building and a positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear smoke.

The cause is thought to be accidental.
