Crews called to carbon monoxide alarm

Lincoln Street, Lawrence Hill

Crews from Temple and Bedminster fire stations were called to a private residential property in following the actuation of a carbon monoxide alarm.

Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used carbon monoxide monitors to investigate the cause of the alarm.

A gas engineer who was also in attendance isolated the gas supply, as well as ambulance colleagues who assessed one casualty for symptoms of carbon monoxide poisoning.
