Memory Test: Control

If you score sufficiently at the shortlisting stage, you will be invited to attend the assessment centre where you will be tested on a series of technical challenges.

These are proposed to identify your attention to detail, ability to remain calm under pressure and effective communication skills. They are also designed to identify your literacy and numeracy abilities which are essential for this role.

Tests are as follows:

• Memory recall
• Typing test
• Numeracy test
• Practical – Radio and Telephony script-based test

 For the memory recall test, you are given a series of information, just like the video below, and will be asked to recount as much as you can over 20 minutes.
