Bridgwater Road, Dundry
A woman has been rescued by firefighters after a road traffic collision.
Two vehicles were involved in the incident but the driver of a Vauxhall was unharmed.
The woman, who’s thought to be in her 40s, was trapped in a Mini Cooper and suffering from suspected neck injuries.
Firefighters had to remove the roof of the car using hydraulic cutting equipment and they assisted paramedics to move the woman on to a spinal board. She was taken to hospital but her injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
