Nailsea Library, Somerset Square, Nailsea
Around ten people were evacuated from Nailsea Library and adjoining offices after fumes from a fridge caused dizziness and nausea to four people.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the premises and conducted a thorough search. Once the search was complete, it was established that the fumes had come from a fridge, which crews then removed from the scene and made safe.
Once outside the premises the symptoms of those affected by the fumes subsided. Fortunately no one was hurt.
